The Standard & Poor's 500 futures traded slightly higher. Ahead of the interest rate decision by the Bank of England European stock exchanges rebounded. In particular, bank stocks were up in price.The Bank of England lowered the discount rate as expected by 0.5 % to 0.25 %. Surprisingly, the Bank of England announced to expand the purchases of assets from 375 billion to 435 billion.

The S&P500 has, in our opinion, reached a trend reversal. We expect a downward trend.
Nasdaq 100
The Nasdaq 100 has, in our opinion, reached a trend reversal. We expect a downward trend.
