The SMS with your confirmation code is typically delivered within a few minutes, but sometimes, it may take up to 10–15 minutes. If you don’t receive the message within this timeframe, please try the following steps:

  • Ensure your phone is switched on
  • Check if your phone has sufficient free memory to receive SMS messages
  • Restart your phone and try receiving messages again
  • Click ‘Send SMS again’

If the issue persists, try using the option to receive an automatic phone call with the code instead of an SMS.
