What to do if the terminal shows ‘No connection’?

The ‘No connection‘ error may occur due to a poor internet connection or server-related issues, such as selecting the wrong server or connectivity problems from your device. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure your Internet connection is stable and reliable.
  2. Enter the server’s DNS address in the server field when logging into your account.
  3. Rescan the servers. Left-click on the ‘No connection’ message in the bottom-right corner of the terminal and select ‘Rescan servers’. For example, if your account server is RoboForex-DemoPro, enter mt4-demopro.roboforex.com. A full list of server addresses is available here.
  4. If rescanning does not resolve the issue, try logging into your account again via the terminal’s main menu.
