RoboForex is glad to inform you about an additional customer support service. We set up a call center system with an additional free of charge hotline +64 9 889 4060. We are sure that it will help us to receive up to 100% of incoming calls. We also added the "customer-company" information message system to the "Personal Account" section, which will help our Clients to ask questions and get feedback as quickly as possible. These new features are sure to improve our customer support service to a high level.
