Christmas Promo rules

1. Any client of RoboForex Ltd., from now on referred to as "the Company", residing in one of the Spanish-speaking Latin American countries served by the Company, may participate in this promotion during its validity period from 01.12.2023 - 31.01.2024 (server time GMT +2).
2. The client must provide consent and confirm their desire to participate in the Christmas Promo in their Members Area. Without confirmation, they will not be considered for the distribution of the prizes.
3. Upon meeting the required conditions, the participant will find one of the three classes of roulette wheels (Silver, Gold, Platinum) in their Member's Area, which they should spin only once to win one of the roulette wheel prizes.
4. Conditions to obtain a roulette wheel:
    

   The initial deposit to get a roulette wheel for the first time is 100 USD or its equivalent in another currency, which is mandatory in one transaction. The roulette class you receive will be determined based on the amount of deposit (with each roulette class having a different set of gifts).

   • Silver→ Deposit of 100 - 999 USD (or equivalent in other currency)
   • Gold→ Deposit of 1,000 - 4,999 USD (or equivalent in other currency)
   • Platinum→ Deposit of 5,000 USD or more (or equivalent in other currency)

   Note: Deposit transactions below 100 USD will not be considered for a roulette wheel. The deposit amount is not cumulative (for example, to receive a Gold roulette, the deposit transaction must be 1000 USD or more).

5. To obtain the next roulette after having received the first one, the participant must complete a trading volume of 1 standard lot in Forex and/or metals and the new required deposit according to the type of roulette they wish to obtain.
   1. Trading volume will be calculated for closed trades. Only trades made in Forex and Metals on any MT4 and MT5 real accounts will be taken into consideration, as long as they have been closed after having accepted the rules for participation and thereafter, those trades that are closed during the promotion period.
   2. The new roulette will appear each time the conditions are fulfilled: 1 standard lot + a minimum of 100 USD in deposit, 3 standard lots + a minimum of 100 USD deposit, 5 standard lots + a minimum 100 USD deposit, and so on.
       

      Note: The review of the fulfillment of the conditions will start from the moment the client confirms their participation in the Christmas Promo.

      Example:

      During the promotion period, a client has performed the following action

      • 02.12.2023 - accepted his participation in the Christmas Promo
      • 02.12.2023 - deposited 100 USD
        The client has fulfilled the conditions of their first roulette wheel, which, according to the deposited amount, is a Silver wheel). The participant spins it and can get one of the prizes it contains.
      • 04.12.2023 - completed 1 standard lot traded on Forex / metals
        The client has fulfilled the traded volume condition but can only spin the roulette wheel when completing the required deposit according to the type of roulette wheel desires.s:
      • 07.11.2023 - deposited 1000 USD
        By this time, the client had traded 3 standard lots and is only now deposited. As the conditions are met, a Gold roulette wheel will appear according to the amount deposited.
6. To claim the prize obtained in the roulette, the participant must be verified (ID and address) in their Member's Area. They have 5 natural days to do so.
7. After spinning the roulette wheel, we will verify if the participant has completed the verification requirement, and if so, we will make contact (via mail and/or call) within 5 business days to provide information about the terms and conditions of the prize won, if applicable, and to award it to the client.
    

   Note: If the client does not respond (via mail and/or call) to the required information for prize crediting, the prize will not be awarded.

   1. The prizes of the roulette wheels (Silver, Gold, Platinum) include:
      • Coupons for the Grand Prize Draw
      • Bonus funds
      • VIP status upgrade
      • VPS without requirements
   2. If a coupon is won for the Grand Prize Draw, the participant will receive a confirmation email with the assigned coupon within 5 business days.
8. The Grand Prize Draw will be held on the day of the first webinar of February (06.02.2024), and the winner will be chosen randomly. All coupons generated during the promotion period stipulated in point 1 are eligible for participation (each coupon received multiplies the value of its first coupon, making the likelihood of winning higher).
9. The prize cannot be transferred to third parties. The prize cannot be modified or exchanged for any product and/or service of the same value.
10. The Company may refuse any Client to participate in the Christmas Promo at any time without giving any reason.
