The verification is a documentary confirmation of clients’ personal information and an essential part of the trading account registration procedure at RoboForex. The verification procedure takes up to 2 business days.
To complete the verification procedure, you have to confirm your identity (the passport verification) and your actual residence or address (the address verification).
Bankcard and phone number verification is not obligatory for starting trading activity, but may be required for operations with RoboForex accounts.
In case you don’t have it:

3. Your full name, photo, date of birth, document serial number and issuing authority, the date of issue, and the validity period of the document must be clearly seen and easily read on the images.
4. We don’t accept documents, if they expire in less than three months after the sent date.
5. Up to 4 files with the document images can be attached to the verification application form.
6. The following file formats are supported – bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, pdf, png, the size is up to 4,096 Kb.
7. Both black-and-white and color images of the documents are accepted.
8. The images of the documents edited in graphics editors are not accepted.
9. If it is necessary to add some extra graphic symbols (for example, "For RoboForex"), it can be done on a separate piece of paper by placing this piece of paper near the document when scanning it (all information on the document has to be clearly seen).

Please note that the Company reserves the right to deny its services to you in case you provide misleading information (art. 2.3 of the Client agreement).
To confirm your actual residence or address, you can provided ANY OF THE DOCUMENTS listed below, in case it’s not older than 6 months (the exception list can be found in art. 4 of the requirements):
Real estate: Property deed, mortgage loans certificate, bill of sale, hypothecation, lease agreement.
Public utilities: electricity bills, water supply bills, landline phone bills, gas bills, security services bills, letters/notifications from Managing Companies and other Housing and Public Utilities authorities, mobile phone bill, subscription TV bill.
You can also provide utility bills addressed to your spouse, but in this case, you have to provide a marriage certificate as well.
Documents in a state-approved format
Banking service: statement of your valid bank account or your payment (credit or debit) card.
Clients from CIS countries: registration in passport.

5. The confirming document must be certified by the signature and the seal of the authority, which issued it (the barcode is enough for bills for housing and public utilities services) or written/printed on a letterhead.
6. Up to 2 files with the document images can be attached to the verification application form.
7. The following file formats are supported – bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, pdf, png, the size is up to 4,096 Kb.
8. The document provided for the address verification is valid for one year or until its expiry date, in case it has any.
9. Both black-and-white and color images of the documents are accepted.
10. The images of the documents edited in graphics editors are not accepted.
11. If it is necessary to add some extra graphic symbols (for example, "For RoboForex"), it can be done on a separate piece of paper by placing this piece of paper near the document when scanning it (all information on the document has to be clearly seen).

SMS verification is a confirmation of your mobile phone number. Thanks to the SMS verification, you will be able to enable one or several services to help you to enhance the security of personal information and funds in your Members Area.
Attention! All 3 services are absolutely free for RoboForex clients.

After completing all necessary actions, the SMS services you chose will be enabled.
If you want to withdraw funds from your account to a bankcard, you may have to verify it. This security measure was introduced for providing additional security of funds on your trading account and preventing possible fraud.
The bankcard verification is not an obligatory procedure, but may be requested by the Company’s Payment department when you withdraw funds. To save time in the future, we recommend you to verify the bankcard in advance.
The verification procedure is very simple. You have to upload the images of face and back of your card to a special form in your Members Area.

Yes, you can. However, in this case, you have to be a citizen of one of the countries, which the Company provides with special conditions of the verification procedure. The list of these countries can be found below:
Passport verification
India: Aadhar card, Pan card, Voting card, driving license.
Mexico: Voting card.
Saudi Arabia: Residence permit.
Sri Lanka: driving license (in case there is no passport in English).
Nigeria: Voting card + National Identification Number (in case there is no passport or ID).
Address verification
China: driving license , identity card (face and back of the card).
Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia: driving license , identity card.
Your application for any type of verification (except SMS) may be processed up to 2 business days. Actual response time depends on the total amount of received applications.
We do our best to make processing procedure as fast as possible. In most cases, your documents will be verified the same day you sent them.
If you don’t have required documents, you can get some of them rather quickly. For instance, statement of your bank account.
Also, we’d recommend you to read the list of the documents more carefully as you might have missed the document you have.

There is a special procedure of account opening and verification for corporate accounts at our Company. Information about the procedure can be found on our website.
The problem might be that when you sent the verification application, the files with the document images were uploaded incorrectly (for example, incorrect file format or size). As a result, the Company’s specialists haven’t received them.
Check the form of sending documents once again: if the status of your application (at the top) hasn’t been changed to "Pending verification", try to send it one more time.
Also, the verification application might have been rejected via E-mail. Check your mail box, including "Spam" folder.
